I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor with over 20 years of clinical practice, supporting both adults and young people.

I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy  (BACP) and listed on the BACP register of therapists, ensuring that my work meets recognised professional standards.

I offer therapeutic sessions for adults and young people, in person and online, as well as individual and group supervision sessions.
